Service members who are living away from their voting residence can still register to vote and request a ballot. If the FPCA is completed prior to the deadline, a ballot will be sent at least 45 days before the election.

  1. Fill out the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) in order to request your ballot.

  2. Check deadlines and recommended mailing dates of your ballot.

  3. Send the ballot to the election office.
